Help Advice - Furnishing a Condo

[NOLA1]

I bought a condo and have 0 furniture. I'm looking for a classic look of brown and navy leathers, neutral fabrics, and wood/metal side tables, etc. I have 2 living rooms and am planning on doing the following in each:

Living Room 1:

Off topic a bit... Being my family is in Aviation and parents had a small aircraft through my high school years.
