NYC resident, owner of solid Blue and Gray Theory suits (not the 2 piece separate style, the ones that cost $1K, I think the pants are Theory classic cut).

I really like the 1. fabric (drapes well) and 2. fit of my Theory pants (came with my Theory suits).

With a budget of $300/pants, can anyone tell me where I can send my Theory pants to be replicated with equal or better fabric?

No one knows?
I'm not familiar with NYC that well, but I know Commonwealth Proper here in Philadelphia will travel to NY to take your measurements if the order warrants it. I had them make me a pair of MTM trousers, took my pants measurements and a couple on my body, came out perfect.

Edit: Sorry, didn't take your budget into account, $300 for MTM trousers, you're probably going to lack quality.. CMMP runs $450+ I believe. My advice would be to check out Epaulet or Howard Yount, see what pants are closest to your pants, and then spend the rest on tailoring, should still land you at $300.

LS Men's clothing will do MTO trousers for somewhat less than $300. You should be able to get MTM for about $300. I don't know if they can copy your existing pair, but it wouldn't hurt to go there and bring them with you.
