New without tags. Color is pretty sweet-- indigo denim that's been slathered in black dye, creating a variegated texture. In some areas it's a muted blue, in others it's closer to pure black.
Sizing is consistent with post-Prada Helmut Lang jeans. I'm a true 32, and sz 31 Helmut jeans fit me quite well. I have also sized down to 30 and found them too tight.
