Hello,
This is my first post here at SF, but I've been reading a lot of threads here. Based on recommendations here, I recently bought a pair of Allen Edmonds Hinsdales to wear to my business casual office job, and wow they are great!!! They make all my former shoes (Bostonian, Nunn Bush, etc) look clunky, primative, and embarassing. Most of all, they are comfortable and look great day after day.
Now I would like to buy new shoes for my "casual" wardrobe. By casual, I mean darker jeans and a polo shirt. I typically wear shirts that have blues and grays, so I think a black pair of shoes would be the best as opposed to brown. Currently I wear tennis shoes which I don't think go with the outfit. I like to dress better than others at the office, but do not want to overdress either.
What would you guys recommend? I'm not sure what quality shoes in this segment cost, so feel free to recommend what you honestly think would be a worthwhile investment.
