I probably should have elaborated. Normal as in not a superstar/celebrity. I think if you weigh the style of people that frequent this forum with 'normal' america we are a bit farther ahead of the curve.

What would someone wear this with? I can see with a quiet tux/white shirt like Kanye, but I guess you could dress it down streetwear style too.

Kanye's shoes blend in with the floor...maybe he planned that.

Those shoes would be cool if your carpet was that pattern and you only wore the shoes indoors.

I think those shoes are pretty cool, from sort of a sculptural/aesthetic standpoint. However, I don't think they would look good on anybody really.
