Check Pediwear for comparisons which has most of the shoes listed under the Alfred Sargent section.

How were the shirts? Anyone know anything about them?

I bought to of the button cuff shirts and they were great quality wise. A step up from Lewin and Tyrwhitt IMO. Nice details and made well. Came with a separate cloth for the pockets for some reason. And you get brass collar stiffeners for free.

But they were very large sizewise, bigger than both Lewin and Tyrwhitt. My 15" shirt had a chest size of about 45".

I put Sargent Premiere range above AE. Not too sure about the lower line stuff.

Wow, those are great deals! £80.70 inc delivery, with VAT removed to USA!

Bah, it is cheaper to buy from the US than ship them to Sweden. I paid 87 incl. delivery because of the VAT [IMG] .

As others said, based on the nail pattern and "F" being their standard fitting, they were made by AS. For this price, you can't go wrong. But I am not sure these are from AS premier collection or just classic collection. Anyone knows?

Not from ThinRedLine, but if they are up to AS Premiere which they look to be, they are nearly C&J Benchgrade class. And I believe at the same as those AS makes for Peal & Co.

I can't be certain of course, but no shoes from AS Classic line does have leather heels. And usually not full leather lining. And most of the classic are corrected grain, while those all look like calf. They could of course be upscaled Classic line. They are a good deal anyway IMO.

I wear UK8F in all my AS shoes, and I am an 8 in all the other english maker shoes as well (Grenson, C&J, Loake).

I e-mailed them about backorder and they said they're considering it if there's enough interest. Wasn't quite clear if the price would be the same, though. If you want some e-mail: richard@thinredline.com

Thanks - I just sent an email.

I bought a pair. $120 delivered to the US. If I don't like them, they don't fit, etc. they'll be on B&S.

    How long does delivery take?
