Some things seem neat but I never have or know anyone who has actually bought something. But people must!

I've more wondered how to get my gimmicky product INTO skymall.

On a recent flight from Abuja to Amsterdam a ton of passengers were buying from the Skymall. Personally I've never found anything of interest

I once bought pet alarms for some of our furniture from Skymall. They are small, battery operated devices that you place on a piece of furniture you don't want you pets sitting on (or, more likely, scratching or biting). Any vibration sets off an alarm, which makes the pet run away. They worked, fwiw.

They pump some airborne drug into the air circulating through the plane that makes all the Sharper Image knock-off stuff in that catalog seem really, really cool. It wears off shortly after you leave the plane.

The Skymall catalogue actually has some pretty neat stuff. Beware, though, to thoroughly search the internet for better price. I almost purchased a neck pillow thingy that Skymall wanted $50. I found the exact same thing somewhere else for $25.
