Have my coat vented?

I had my Billy Reid coat tailord last month but didn't realize it has no vent on the back. So I'm wondering if it's possible to have it vented since it would look more natural. Thanks!

Pretty sure the vents require a little extra cloth, so maybe if you're ok with the process bringing the sides in a little bit.

Also, where's the lining fabric going to come from?
