Has the RLBL "Anthony" suit always had the same silhouette?

I have read a few of the classifieds here where the seller talks about an Anthony suit "before RLBL got super skinny." My question is twofold: has the suit always had the same basic silhouette of being modern and tapered, and when did the change to today's "skinny" RLBL take place?

After trying one on in the store I'm now shopping for a pre-owned Anthony suit, and trying to learn as much as possible.

This probably isn't the answer you want but.... one way to get around this is to know what measurements fit you exactly.

Chances are even within black label there were different models, Anthony being the newest slimmest one. That seems to be the style now.

My suits from 07 seem to fit differently than Spring 10 model. They were more fitted OTR in 07.

I have one that I bought in summer '09 that was deeply discounted so likely from F/W '08/'09 and it was a bit slimmer than the current RLBL Anthony I own. To this day, it's the only suit I've ever had any part of let out...

The current version of RLBL is definitely slimmer. I tried on a 38s and it was tigther in chest/waist and shorter sleeves. The 2008 38s rlbl I had alterations to slim the waist and shorten the sleeves.
