Yes. They get a little lighter in color, but don't really shrink or expand or anything.

i washed mine inside out w/ cheer true fit in delicate cycle then hang dried inside out. they dont feel like they've softened up much. they still have the "raw" feel to them and havent lost any color. btw i only did this twice so far. i just got them a few weeks ago.

Did the waist or inseam not shrink? There was a sticker on the jeans that warned of 5% shrinkage. I'm surprised your inseam didn't shrink.

Mine have been machine washed and dried a few times and are pretty much the same size as the new ones, if a touch softer.

I soaked mine about ~1 month ago? Nothing happened - I think.

I don't know when I'll be washing them. The soak pretty much took care of all of the bad smell and dirt, and they're still pretty fresh. Also, I don't wear them that often anymore, since I've purchased new (better) denim (thanks, SF).

Oddly enough I love the feel of mine after about 4 months of wear. I don't wear them every day, just on days that I have class as they're a big bigger then the rest of my jeans and allow me to relax while sitting through 3+ hr lectures.

I've washed them once and honestly I didn't see any change what-so-ever.

Was gonna drop some $ for a pair of sliqs but the fit wasnt really me. But, I did see another pair of raw denim that was longer in the back rise although skinnier leg which I thought about getting. The cut was called " NOW: " - anyone recognize?

So when I asked the clerk if the difference was just in the fit but he didnt even know there were two different kinds... kinda explains why both sliq and this different cut were both in the same pile.

I assume the denim for both is the same so its good to know they dont shrink/stretch much.
