Has anyone seen these boots?

A picture of this pair of boots is currently featured in Gilt's "Must-Have Boots" section, but the actual boots themselves are nowhere to be found. I cannot figure out who makes these boots, and it's driving me crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I believe they are Antonio Maurizi. Gilt labels them as 'Wingtip Lace up Ankle Boot', and my shoe box label says '6657 French Baby Castag - Libeccio Silice'.

MrPhineasCole is correct - they are Antonio Maurizi.

Gilt has been doing an AM rotation for quite a while now. I vaguely remember having seen them a while back (maybe even at end of last year's season, early this spring?) - I even think there was a black/gray combo. I don't think I've seen them anywhere else, ever.
