sorry. no, but in the last 18 months. my father-in-law, both grandfathers and my nana (who was like a mother to me) died.

Yes. My grandmother's brother. I knew him when I was little but haven't seem him in 10+ years. Don't really remember him all that well to be honest. I feel bad for my granny though because, due to circumstances beyond her control, she wasn't able to see him before he died and she's the one who practically raised her brothers and sister.

No, not in my family, but I'm sorry to hear of other's losses. However, a few years back for seemingly the longest period it was one relative after another month after month. Many of whom were not very old as they were 50ish.

Nice little run going on here: Grandpa died in September. Barber died in October. Good friend died in November.
