Harvard's clothing line

I find it hard to determine who this clothing line will appeal to. I am led to believe that only Harvard graduates will want to wear these items... Now with that said, where is the Upenn clothing line? I would wear that.. ha

That is the uniform of the Harvard Law School douchebag. And also the Harvard Law School wannabe douchebag - French blue shirt (not too tight), black pants (baggy), rubber soled black shoes.

You should see some of the social events that they hold at the Temple Bar (which is to restaurants as Kenneth Cole is to fashion - "toned down to the point of maudlin, don't rock the boat" chic. It's all "networking" and everyone is carefully nursing their obligatory single drink. I think that most of them are preparing for a career of gladhanding.

That aside, I think that you guys are underestimating the iconic nature of the Harvard name. Outside of the States, and I think particularly in Asia, it is "the" University. You are argue until you are blue in the face, but nothing changes that. I could see the line doing well among the "preppy" garmentos and trendistadors in Japan, for example.
