Thrifted this yesterday.

I'm keeping, but for my own interest:

1. Anyone know what to call this material? It's cotton, thin and very crepe-like.

2. For the canucks out there. This is a Harry Rosen private label; says Made in Italy. Any idea who the maker is? The label is faded beyond reading.

Thanks.

Any SA I've ever spoken to said they were made in Canada by the same maker as Tilford, but that doesn't jive with what you are saying. I was given the impression that they were a step below Tilford brand.
