Harrisons Moonbeam recomendation

the other herringbone colors are great -- hard to go wrong. I like the solids too... I am thinking about that bright blue in the first group for a another three button three patch

I like the light grey herringbone, grey with pink windowpane, and light grey with blue windowpane.

I was going to order one of the above from Chan but decided on a tweed because I wanted something that could work as spring/fall outerwear. The moonbeam is very soft and cozy but definitely not an outerwear-type cloth. It's also pretty informal IMO so I don't really like the darker colors.

^^ So has anybody got trousers in moonbeam? that oversized POW looks like something that'd be nice as a 3pc.

But how are harrisons' 'true tweeds'? If they're anything like moonbeam without the possibility of stretching weirdly....

everyone says moonbeams are not good fabrics for trou, but i'd love to see it done as well
