I've been after the Bass Weejuns, harris tweed penny loafer for a long time and I managed to get a pair last week. After my first wear I noticed that the edge of the leather sole at the front appears to have frayed? And almost upturned. Is there anyway of fixing this or preventing further damage. I've had a lot of proper leather soled shoes but never had this problem.

Visible Pick Stitching on Lapels and Pockets

  • It’s a mark of quality and craftsmanship

  • I like it when it’s subtle

  • I don’t like visible stitching

  • Doesn’t matter to me
