Depends - I have 4 of them. 2 of them I am certain are made by Drakes, and are excellent. I am unsure of the other 2.

Both - I have no idea who makes them and they're also kind of flimsy when compared to the Drakes ties.

Watch out for HA ties on ebay - I got both my Drakes ties for $10 a pop

I just bought a few for the first time. The silk? Eh. Yes, flimsy is a good word. The wool and cashmere ones are tasteful, but I'm not so sure I'd buy them again.
