Handmade using traditional saddlery skills, finished with a hot crease around the edge. The leather from J.&F.J. Baker tannery: the best quality, full grain, oak bark tanned bridle butt. This traditional method of pit tanning leather has almost died out but it produces a leather of unsurpassed strength and beauty.
The natural grain is not corrected by destroying the surface of the leather and applying a uniform finish, as is the case with virtually all leather these days, the weave or grain gives each individual belt its own unique finish. This matures over the years to a rich polished oak colour, showing any natural features, such as scars or growth marks, which give character to the leather.
Solid brass “Bristol” buckle cast in England. Hand stitched with Fil Au Chinois thread, the finest linen thread available. Edges are hand painted. Combined they make a belt that is not only beautiful but will also last a lifetime.

- size 34, the length from the buckle neck to the first hole is 93 cm (36.6''), to the middle hole 98 cm (38.6''), and 103 cm (40.5") to the last hole.
- 5 holes, 2.5 cm between the holes
- 5 mm full grain bridle leather
- 32 mm wide (1,25")
