Pomade is generally used to sculpt hair like spikes.

This.

Cut you hair short, then when moist or dry (varies between products) apply pomade or hair wax (depending on what you want - mild control, etc) and spike it up. Again, depending on the pomade/wax, it should stay hard and last all day long or not, depending on your preference.

Krazy glue will achieve that effect......permanently.

Thanks a lot. Do you know how to, more or less, cut the hair to that shape? length on top/sides etc.
I have really short hair at the sides now, I dont really know how long to grow it in order to get the same effect.
