Hi Style Forum,

a couple of months ago I received some good advice here regarding
picking a hairstyle, so I thought I'd give it a shot again

My last haircut from a few months ago is on new1.jpg.
What I got currently is on front_hair and profile - as you can see my hair
needs some trimming again.

At first I thought of just giving it the shape back, and not really shortening
it a lot. But, I've been wearing longer hair since freshman year high school,
and am kind of thinking of experimenting with shorter hair - so I thought I'd
get people's input.

Some of the ideas I was thinking of are (but I welcome all suggestion):

(I know the second is kind of small - but I couldn't really find the same style in a larger
variant. I'm not sure how the third one is actually styled to look pulled back like that seemingly
without any product in it...)

I attached a picture with my hair tied back for better view of my facial features. I'm
kind of trying to downplay my relatively wide nose - so I think something with a
side-part/messy top would work best. But I welcome all opinions

Thanks in advance.

You have a good face and quality hair. Therefore, the possibilities are almost limitless. Options 1 and 2, however, look too extreme. Perhaps a bit longer than option 3 would be best - going from long-haired to somewhat short-haired immediately is rather jarring to people.

id go with option #4...

number one looks bizarre and #2 looks dirty, #4 looks like a healthier way to go...number 3 is ok but a big jump to go to from where youre currently at
