Haircut in NYC

So I need a good haircut in NYC, preferably from someone who isn't too expensive and doesn't need much, if any, direction.

I just haven't gotten a haircut in 3 years (I had been cutting it myself, with average to poor results) and would like to get a good haircut for a change.

I've had about a half dozen people cut my hair at Esquires as I work in the area. Never been disappointed and always treated well. I think its $27 for a cut, so if youre in the area its a good (but not great) option.
