Hey all !

I'll start off by introducing myself since im new here !

My name is Mounir, I just turned 18 this summer .. guess life just began for me hehe :)
I live in The Netherlands, My parents are from Morocco .
I go running / swimming for my hobbies . I like to 'compete' with myself i think.. getting better times and longer runs.

So.. i have this problem with my hairstyle .. i used to keep it short because i just couldn't handle it when it grows a bit longer. So i was going to the barber once every 3 weeks to get it cut down almost bold..

Now i want to grow it longer and actually manage it and style it , right now my hair is fairly wavy .. i wouldn't say curly.. i don't know what you think about it ( let me know ).
Also my hair is really thick and dense ..

I want a straight hairstyle like this :

If possible this

I hope you guys can point out to me on what i should and shouldn't do and if it's even possible..

This is how i do my hair now :

You could let it grow out a lot and get a Brazilian Keratin Treatment which will condition and straighten your hair for 3 months. Not cheap, though. Google it or look at the videos on Youtube. With short hair you can pretty much forget it, unless you're willing to get the treatment every time you get your hair cut. http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlre...atin-treatment

I'm Algerian so we probably have the same hair. Forget about it man. Just keep it shaved, there's nothing we can do with our hair lol

I have very similar hair, and right now I'm using a straightener every few days in combination with texturixing clays and waxes. You definitely have to grow your hair out some more, though.

I have a very similar hair and sorry, you'll probably never achieve that "straight hair" look without expensive keratine care and also in that case it usually looks weird. I know that everyone wants what he (she) doesn't have, but imho you look good with short hair. Or let it grow longer and keep it wavy. Like this for example.

Impossible without some insane upkeep regiment. You're not a celebrity so you can't change your hairstyle and keep it that way on a whim, just make due with what your hair allows you, I actually think it looks good from your pic, so at least you don't look bad.

Keep it short as possible and neat. You don't want to look like Marat Safin when he grew his hair out. Not good!
