Ok, I just seriously laughed out loud at my desk at the pervious two posts.

I would consider thinning out the sides, top, and back, putting some product in and giving it a good tousling.

umm.. yeah thin it out and get some american crew defining paste and work it through the hair and mess it up.. i think it would suit kids your age... DO NOT cut it short, with your err pronounced facial features it wouldn't be a good look.

extra tip: when choosing dress shirts opt for a spread collar

Go to a barber shop and ask them to cut your hair with a part to the side.

Then you can part it when you need to look formal, and make it a messy part when you want to be more casual.
