Hey, I've been trying to decide about my hair for a while. It's starting to get a little crazy, it use to look better long but now it's getting wild. The hair that grows right at my widows peak tends to want to flip outward instead of along with the flow of my hair and the sides randomly flip out some days. I've had a shaved head before and I've had it longer than this, I'm just trying to figure out what would look best in you guys's opinions. Thanks in Advance. The bad quality/rough lookin pic in the orange shirt is current but I"ll attach some others to see the variance in my hair. Also, I am 6'2 and pretty skinny at only 160 lbs. I'm not sure what shorter/shaved hair or longer hair does to overall look, just looking for some good advice! Thanks.

The bottom style is too extreme, the top ones aren't shaped as well as they could be.

Find a hairstyle you like, print it out and take it to the stylist with you. Show them where you'd like to end up.

Thanks, Yeah the bottom one is a pretty intense picture too, it's just the only one I have of me with a shaved head. Thanks for the advice though. My hair grows faster in some places and gets crazy so even if it looks okay when I leave the house the smallest amount of wind or sweat (I sweat a ton from my forehead) makes it look like I just left the gym because my hair's so thin/fine.

The shaved one looks the best by far.

You have hair like me. I hate my hair. The bottom pic looks best.

Yeah, I like my hair at the current length but it's not as easy as most ppl at this length to just get up wash and go. It's ridiculous in different sections as far as flipping out away from my face and looking stupid or if there's enough wind to not even feel almost it butt-cuts on the right and looks really stupid.

mine is a bit longer than that and i was able to use a mini hair straightener to get it to stop flipping outwards like that.

after a shower i dry my hair till its a bit damp and put leave in conditioner in it, blowdry it, then straighten what i can and it keeps it from going out of control. I finish with some redken 06 styling paste.

if you want to grow your hair out i think its worth the investment, you just have to wait a bit for your hair to grow out of this stage.

Shaved is much better. Your current hairstyle (please take no offense to this) reminds me of a 70s news anchor.

Shave it; you look much tougher and brooding in the bottom pic. Or you could try shaving the sides and leaving something still fairly short on top, but workable, as long as it's blended well.

In the upper pics, you look too much like you could be the fourth Brady boy.

Shaved looks much better. I shave my head as well and have for the last few years, I looked like such a little kid when I had hair... If you go the shave route, buy yourself an Oster Classic 76 --- it's the best.
