1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

My favorite so far. I had one, and it was uncannily like Mike C's, so I am writing a new one now... Work is for...

    Bashing is not nice(5)
    Even Disguised as Haiku (7)
Can we go on now? (5)

Sorry to be a spoil sport, thats what comes from having kids and invariably having them ending up on both ends of their respective "haiku".

(Incidentally, Haiku is 17 syllables not words.)

And, by most definitions, Haiku should include a reference to the season in which it was written, either literally, or through a metaphor such as color, or blossom or weather. Just thought you all would like to know [IMG]

D'ya mean season as in F/W and S/S, or open season?

Anyway, FIH, ernest has been active on the boards, and has had plenty of opportunities engager la lute here. Maybe he just likes the attention.

My new nomination for best in show:

Although Ambulance, do you high paid lawyers have too much free time on your hands today?

Probably.  By my count there are at least 5 other lawyers currently logged on to SF.  (You know who you are.)  Anyways, I am multi-tasking.  The left side of my brain is writing a brief, the right side is composing poetry.

ernest, our joking at your expense is out of affection, not out of malice.
