Good choice @Murlsquirl
The gunclub? I'm not sure I'd carry them, but I might be able to have a one off made. What size would you be interested in?
On the subject of squares, I have 5 new designs coming in January. Large medallion prints with a coloured border and handrolled egdes. Shades of navy, forest green, burgundy, purple & yellow.
They look fab, can't wait to show you.
HI Harry hope you had a great Christmas. Please reply to my email when you get a chance.
Just a quick reminder that I am still offering free shipping on all orders until the end of this year. Use the code 'freeship' on checkout. This won't be a promotion I'll be running in the new year
Also, I only have one of each of the following styles remaining, so if you are considering, act now as these won't be restocked in the immediate future:
Rust Grenadine Fina
Silver Grenadine Fina
Navy Macclesfield Pindot
Plus, I have the following ties on sale, which will end in early Jan. Stock is limited on these too
Green silk print medallions - £25
Navy geometric neat 36oz Macclesfield - £40
Green large paisley 50oz Macclesfield - £40
Macclesfield light navy - £30
Blue houndstooth 50oz Macclesfield - £30
Light blue neat 50oz Macclesfield - £30
Mid blue neat 50oz Macclesfield - £30
How much lighter is the Green silk print medallions? I do prefer a substantial tie but that price is too good to pass..
It is rather light. You might be disappointed if you prefer a heavier tie.
Having said that the silk is lovely and no problems with the knot it ties. I would have just chosen a heavier interlining next time. Would work well in the summer IMO, especially with a linen suit.
The rust madder is awesome. We may want to consider rolled tips next time....
Oh yeah sure. Madder squares will hopefully be something on the horizon. Will have some other really nice squares in the next couple of weeks too.
My only concern with turning this fabric into squares is that I think unique square designs (i.e. with a gap between the border) look better/more versatile than completely solid pattern. I'm on the case though!
Did you mean the grenadine above? All Madders in Jan will have rolled tips. Grenadines will come in both varieties.
I don't love the blocked edges on squares as shown above, varied tastes...
Agreed, it's down to a matter of preference. Will hopefully have something to suit most tastes...
Just wanted to wish you all a happy new year and to thank you for contributing to such a great start to H.N. White since I launched the brand here a few months ago.
All of your comments, feedback and the pictures you post are greatly appreciated. Here's to making some awesome new ties in 2016. I have some great stuff in store for you.
Looking forward to the new stuff Harry
Have a good year!
Hello Harry, any plans of having weaved patterns instead of print?
