Keep going with the diet was 35% BF man and I just got visible abs this year!
A lot of new stuff in health and random to consider carb-nite might be a good fit for you should check it out.

I see myself in the mirror naked everyday and I don't think I'm pear shaped. I appear pear shaped probably because of some of my old clothes getting loose on me from my weight loss and the angle of my poses. I have narrow shoulders and my hips are not wide. My only problematic area is my love handles.
