H&M Slim-fit Suit Review

I've seen a lot of people ask questions about h&m's slim fit suits so I figured I'd post a review if anyone cares. Ask me any more questions if you have them.

I just got my new h&m slim-fit suit in the mail today. I am normally around a 35R but I ordered a 36R.

I am also usually a 30 pants but ordered a 32 waist (definitely a good decision).

The fit is amazing. I lucked out by ordering a little blind (luckily some people on SF helped me out), but I'd suggest ordering your normal jacket size and 2 up on your pants. My suit literally looks like it was custom.

For the money, there's no better option in my mind if you want a slim fit suit and are on a tight budget.

They sell two different lines, a grey line and a black line. I avoided the grey line because although they are cheaper, they are a poly rayon blend. If you buy a suit from h&m, drop the extra $50 and get a black line suit which is 100% super 110's wool. Not bad for a cheap, everyday suit.

Overall the suit fits very well, minimal tailoring is going to be necessary. The shape and fit are perfect, I'm just going to need a quarter inch off the sleeves and hem the pants.

I spent under $200 and I look a lot better than people who spent much more but don't have as good of a fit.

If anybody wants any other information or wants pictures let me know.

I'm going to be buying another charcoal one as well as a linen suit from h&m.

*I also received a free h&m slim fit light blue shirt with my order. Not super-dressy, but it fits extremely well and I wore it today casually with jeans.

I'd like to see some fit pics. H&M doesn't do mail-order in the U.S. - would I be able to order one of these suits through my local store?

I was able to get it from a friend who lives near one. She just went out and bought me some things I asked for and mailed them to me.

The only way you can get them is by going to the store unfortunately.

I'll post some pics up today.
