I rushed home today, to try on some shoes that were just delivered. I won the size 11.5 PLRL EG shoes for $275.

What I received was the Brawley (the suede model) in size 9.5 and with a $169 price tag.

Customer service is out until Monday morning. I hope they still have the shoes that I paid for.

Too Funny Mr. M. Talk about feeling your pain, I also received these shoes yesterday from GVH and opened the box to find one in size 8.5 and one in size 9.5.

GVH was quite gracious about it all, but what a downer.

That's too bad! Even the shoes you received have a disappointing name. The RLPL's are elegant, subtle... but instead you received the "Brawley." Sounds rough and uncouth.

I have had similiar issues with them recently, I won 2 pair of polo black shoes, and they sent them in the wrong size. I asked them and they said they didn't have any in my size, and the very next day listed 3 pair in my size !
