1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Is there anyone here familiar with this brand? Can get this one for $440 (after 20% coupon) from STP. I notice that Amazon also selling the same watch for $50 more. Any idea how it compares to Longines? It is the only automatic watch that I currently have. http://www.sierratradingpost.com/p/217,58365_.html

Well, like anything else, if you like it, buy it. Gevril is a derivative watch assembly brand. In other words, they copy other's designs, use inexpensive movements from Swatch (ETA), assemble their watches god knows where and put ridiculous price tags on them. Many brands do this, but many brands also produce a more "honest" watch.

Thanks, I googled more and also found one or two similar comments. I'll pass on this.
