5'10" and 180-185lbs and I can fit an american giant sweater under a medium with a touch of room to spare.

Excellent. That's the fit I'm looking for.

If I wear a small in Gitman, what size would I order in the Chore Coat? I'm liking the brown.

That did it, I changed my summerweight order from 32 slim to 32 straight.

Hey Josh - If you're a small in the shirts and a small in the chore jacket, then you're wearing a 41.5" chest shirt underneath a 40" chest jacket (according to the Gustin sizing charts)? Doesn't seem to make too much sense ... unless I'm missing something ... Trying to get an idea of what size chore jacket is best for me. Let me know.

    Still looking for opinions.

I wear 34 in Banana Republic, 35 in Levis.

    StillFly,

I'm still fairly new to this. I have two pairs of Gustins, one 32 Straight and one 33 Straight. The 33 I could button all the way up when I got them. The 32 was a little tight, but I got them all buttoned. I have the 32 Straight pair on right now and have worn them 12 days. They have stretched out to fit about like the 33 pair did when I first tried them on. If you're saying there was no way you could button any buttons except the bottom one on the 34 Straight, I think you will still have trouble with the 35, unless you want them fairly tight fitted.

Is anyone else still waiting on shipping confirmation for their brown trucker? I was technically in the second campaign (the one right before the olive truckers first came out), but from the production updates it sounds like it's the batch they sent out earlier this week.

Received my jacket today and am extremely happy with the fit & quality. Not overly slim but definitely not loose. I got the olive and would be interested in trading for a brown if anyone is interested, but will keep otherwise. I'll definitely be buying more outerwear in the future - just not sure if I want a second waxed piece just yet.

For the Gustin team: Will the denim version have all of the same details?

Neither garment is skin tight on me. I do wear a small in both jacket and shirt. I'm 5'10" and 150lbs. My chest measurement is about 39". How do your measurements compare?

I have the same question. The sizing chart is confusing....

I'm about the same size as you ... 5'9 155lbs with about a 39" - 40" chest. I'm thinking small might be best for me with the chore jacket ... but I guess I'm a little confused on how you could be wearing a larger sized chest shirt underneath a smaller sized chest jacket. Makes me question whether or not the measurements are accurate.

With your chest size I would go small. I like my jackets on the snug side. I'm not wearing thick sweaters underneath, but that's just my style. If you want more room go medium. Give it a shot and email us if for any reason it doesn't work out.

I don't want to wear a skin tight button down. That's how the XS feels on me so I wear small and have a bit of room in the chest. The jacket chest is just big enough for my taste. Yes, it's a bit smaller than the shirt but it works for me.
