Think you meant December right? I know those need waistbands and trimming and inspection
yea you're right. Thanks for the update. Hopefully they finish them soon.
Jacket confirmed for next week! Any idea on the price?
Very excited for this.... although I generally don't fit jackets that style with my crazy long arms and thin body..... (I dont fit Gustins shirts at all). But here's to hoping that there is some sort of 'tall' sizing option.... then I can get a medium jacket with large lengths... in a perfect world!
Cool, in a nice beige colorway.
I have been lokking forward to it for a while
Haha I'm in the same boat as ya, haven't tried gustin shirts because they're all too big for me and I have short arms
See - what they need is to just take the extra fabric from yours, and add it to mine, win win!
Thinking of jumping on the Gustin bandwagon. A sizing question for everyone - I'm 5'8", 155ish, with long torso and short legs. Should I go for straight or slim? How slim is slim? I saw someone say they're more generous than JCrew's 484 - how much so? Also saw a pic of someone in the straights and they looked a little bigger than I'd ideally like, but I definitely don't want to veer into Russell Brand skinny jeans territory. Advice?
Sizing Charts are you friend. Gustin does not Vanity Size quite the same as most other brands, so your tagged size likely will not be the same.
The best thing you can do, is take your favourite fitting pants, and measure them - then compare them to the size charts, knowing a waist may stretch out about .5-1" (For my personally, I like to be able to do all the buttons up, but have the last one be rather snug when I first buy them, within a week of daily wear they are usually great).

Yeah I saw that and it's indeed helpful. Suppose I just wanted a sense from SFers on how they look and wear in real life. I'm thinking of going with the slim, but definitely not 100 percent on it yet.
Sizing up worked pretty well for me. I'm 6'1" and usually a medium, and going up to a large gave me enough length in the sleeves without having droopy shoulders. I had a tailor sew down the box pleat, so it's a pretty relaxed fit but not as billowy as it initially was. I may or may not have back darts added.
I'm hoping that jacket is well priced and fits people like @wonsmithr8 and I =]
Now for the long wait for the American 16ers to make it to my door (Feb 2014)...
I'll third that. Gustin, if you're reading, please have a tall option.
Come on enough with the Cone Fire, bring back black!
I just hope I get the sizing on this one right. I have a feeling it will be hard to get a second chance.
