    I know how it works.

If it gets funded and people end up liking it then I'll pick it up if it's offered again.

May be offered again - sometimes the chosen cloth will have limited availability or only a few people like the item for the same reasons that you would, or Gustin just wants to move on.
But fair enough, life is a gamble and fashion doubly so.

Really don't understand the lapels on the city coat - they just look "off" and don't flow with the rest of the jacket. I think a more traditional notch lapel would look and fall better. I'm curious what made the Gustin team settle on the current verson.

    It's an EG Bedford approximation.

Yeah, it looks like the EG Bedford which I am happy about. I'm just waiting for the right fabric to show up. Seems like a lot of people aren't a fan, but oh well.

I backed a chambray shirt and the desert duck canvas chinos back in October as my first Gustin products. Since then, I've been visiting the site every day. I also ended up backing the dopp kit and the navy chinos. I'm really looking forward to seeing if the chinos work out for me. If they do, I'll have to buy another pair. The chambray shirt and desert duck canvas chinos have an expected delivery date of December, so I hope they come in the first couple weeks of the month.

A bit of a late reply but I can give you a bit of insight. I'm also an XS in most brands including Uniqlo shirts. I have one Gustin shirt in XS and it fits perfectly. I find the width of the body to be a little bit more relaxed than Uniqlo, and the sleeves are also longer too. However the Gustin shirts are a bit shorter in length which is further emphasised by the high side scoops (which might be the reason why the body feels more relaxed than Uniqlo).

For clarification, are you comparing the Uniqlo standard XS (such as the oxford or broadcloth) or the slim XS? And the regular fit Gustin XS or slim version? I like the Uniqlo standard fit except it is billowy in the lower back area. Are Gustin's shirts similar without the billowy lower back area and shorter? If so, Gustin might be great for me.

For Uniqlo I am referring to the standard XS in their oxfords and broadcloths and for Gustin I'm referring to the XS regular fit. The lower back area is definitely less billowy than Uniqlo shirts. As for the length, while I'm not 100% sure that Gustin shirts are actually shorter, it definitely looks that way because of the high side scoops.

Quick clarifying question: is the city coat three buttons or four buttons? I could've sworn I saw a photo that showed a buttonhole on the lapel, but I don't see one on the olive drab jacket.
