You guys should do a waxed trucker with a cord collar. The dark oak would look awesome with one.

nah, I like the truckers the way they are. some guys might like the cord collar and it's possible they could fund something like this, but it's been done to death, plus I think it takes away from the look of the trucker. my vote would be for Gustin to come out with a trucker with some sort of flannel lining. I live in the Midwest, so having that little bit of protection against the cold would be perfect.

Eh...at that point it becomes an attempt at a Barbour copy. I think they've nailed a look and unless the trucker was lined, the cord collar would look out of place.

    YMMV, of course.

That's a fantastic color. I used to have one of the lighter brown truckers and ended up selling it b/c I want to pick one up in the dark oak. Ideally with a flannel lining (cough, cough)

I'm debating whether or not to back the dark oak trucker in the future. I have the brown trucker and love it but the dark oak is equally as nice.

To anyone with a Trucker, I'm debating between a S and M. I'm 6'2 but skinny (31 jeans, slim medium shirts). I'm worried the S will be too short but the M too big in the chest. I backed the brown trucker and can still change the size.

    Thanks!

I think it's been generally agreed that most order the same size jacket as shirt. That is what works for me in any case. I tried a medium trucker and it was too tight across the chest and short in the sleeves. Sent it back and ordered a large and it fits great. I then ordered a large shirt and it fits very well.

I'm 5'10", 185. For what it's worth, I think you're right about the small being too short for you.

    Good luck.

I'd love to see this done as a workshirt. RRL did a workshirt using this fabric (washed) several years ago with asymmetric pockets & it looked awesome:
