Someone posted a picture on AAAC recently, but nothing more. Anyone tried these? I'm thinking about them as a replacement to leather sandals, with linen pants and the like.

I did post that photo but I should say that those are not my feet. I have much better looking feet, elegant actually, if I must say so myself.

I've been wearing Gurkees for a few years. They're very unique sandals.

I think they look especially good with linen trousers and jeans.

Check this out.

Huh, they're even fashionable, whoda thunkit? Are they comfortable, for lounging or walking a bit?

Thanks-

Strolling, I yammered metaphysics with Abramowitz,
a jaundice-yellow ("it's really tan")

so vegetarian,
he wore rope shoes and preferred fallen fruit.

They're more for lounging and very light walking. A wisp of a sandal, like no other that I've ever worn.

Perfect for the beach.
