Guides on pocket square and neck wears?

I am looking for some definite guide on pocket squares and neck wears such as how to match them in colors, how their materials play a role, how to match the way to tie tie and the shape of pocket square, etc.... If there is no such comprehensive guide, then anything creditable would work too.

I just want to have a more understanding on what I wear. Thank you.

There is no rule regarding what tie knot goes with the shape of the pocketsquare. White linen (or cotton) folded in a simple TV fold works for every tie.
