I am not a big Gucci shoe fan, but I like their simple black cap toe lace ups. I have been keeping an eye out for a used pair, or a pair of Ferragamo Tramezza of the same ilk. Now that we have that out of the way.

These caught my eye:

Now my question: He lists them as a 43.5, and then provides measurements. I wear 43's in everything I own, and hardly any of them measure under 12", and the ones that do are just under 12". He claims these measure 11.5". I dont own any Gucci's, but have tried on some loafers and they ran big... which would be the opposite what the listing claims.

Kinda confused here. Probably wont get any feedback from this thread, but I figured it was worth a shot.:bounce2:

FWIW, I wear the same size in Gucci as I do in most all other brands - so forget the outsole measurement, which is pretty much useless, as it could be just a longer last.

I've found Gucci shoes run a bit big. That's based on my limited experience owning only one pair of their loafers.

Those shoes don't run big, maybe a bit small. I wear a US11.5 and that's usually a 44.5. These are 45s and they fit good. I got these back in the mid 80s. They were $99 at the Gucci outlet store (Secaucus NJ). They are the only shoes I ever got resoled. Those are the original heels.

I would suggest you try this ebay store, since I've been purchasing many designer shoes from them, including Gucci. and I must say that they are 100% authentic.

I would never shop anywhere else, since they have free SUPER FAST shipping and their shoes and handbags are one of a kind
