Gucci has begun selling direct online... did you all know this?? They have a great sale on furniture with some shoes on sale, but not reduced enough. Polo.com still the strongest in this department.

The sale doesn't excite me; however, I was shocked to see that Gucci sells wallpaper in their signature monogram. Now, who'd want their walls filled with endless "GG"s?

Greta Garbo?

George Gordon, 6th Baron Byron?

Guccio Gucci, founder of the dynasty?

Gucci monkstrap shoes with wingtip detail and, (oh my gosh.), leather sole dune linen (whatever) and rose brown crocodile (sure, and in Latin that is?) with gold hardware (gold is a soft metal) were $3950, now only $2369. that's $2369. most sizes available

Gucci pricing is so exorbitant that I often wonder if they don't just randomly select a string of numbers, toss in a decimal point and a dollar sign, and call it the MSRP.

Gucci black loafers in various styles are a staple of any well dressed man. Those linen shoes however, are for a particular type of person. That person might also enjoy Gucci wallpaper.

That furniture is on blowout sale, from "insane" down to "simply outragous".
