Gentlemen, as a subscriber to this thread, I figured that I would share that the following key solution has really impressed me after about 6 months of use now.

http://www.orbitkey.com/

I like the idea of a custom, more traditionally-styled, key wallet from a creative perspective but I really can't imagine how this design and execution could be beat.

For what it's worth, I'd be interested in an Ettinger styled breast wallet in a unique colour.

The Key Smart is a pretty good key 'wallet' found here.

1. cashmere gray knit tie
2. silk green nailhead tie
3. panta rust ties
4. ????

You are fine, don't worry. The list was of makers, not subscribers.

Agreed. il micio has some interesting ideas. I was also thinking that a unique form of keyholder that solves traditional keyholding problems (is that a thing?) might be interesting. Or we could just go gangbusters on the ultimate tie carrying case -- there aren't really any good ones out there. Paging Cedes Milano for a slimline goatskin tie case with linen accent????

Great! Can't wait to kick off of the final stage

@Sam Hober

Well, just as an example, let's say there were a number of us looking for the perfect rust neat. Though it's a great color, rust is sometimes hard to find. @Henry Carter
carried a really nice one for a while there. Would it be possible for you to talk to a silk supplier and get some various samples (or images) of rust neats provided there are enough of us willing to commit to ordering the neat? We'd then vote on which silk to have the ties made with, you'd order the silk, and then everything else proceeds as normal (you make wonderful ties for us, we gladly throw money at you).

If this is workable, how many folks would need to commit for you to be comfortable going forward?

Sorry man I missed this tag. I turned notifications off for those sometime ago because I got about 30 emails a day from them/subscriptions etc. Best to PM me if you want me to check something out.

Is this the rust you are referring too?

If so it can be re-done, as can any Macclesfield print we've done in the past, in whatever colours you want. The mins are the tricky part, 6 metres I believe is the min (around 18 x 3 folds) but it's reasonably expensive to do at those small qty's. But it can be done, as Shaya mentioned. I am also hoping to do some block stripe silks in 9cm for next season too around October release @Mr. Six.

Good news! Any swatches of the block stripes?

I'm sure there would be interest in a run of that rust Macclesfield, though maybe not enough. You canceled my order when the webstore showed the wrong inventory. (Only a little bitter :D)

I'd be interested in a large block stripe regimental, since @Sam Hober mentioned regimentals. I quite liked these recent Drake's, but no one seemed to stock them in 9 cm. I'm not wedded to them specifically, but something along these lines would interest me. Green/brown, green/grey, burgundy/brown come to mind.

I'd also be interested in a tie similar to this in some shade of brown or perhaps even ivory with blue or darker green stripes. Would also be important for me that the stripes went from the right down to the left like in the picture + hand rolled edges. 9cm width would be perfect.

I am curious what does it mean when people put the @ sign in front of a name? Is this a new fashion?

Regarding stripes we are not currently thinking about any other than actual regimentals. Also we are not offering a group MTO as that is too restrictive for what we do.

Stripe directions, length, width and rolled edges etc are all customized with custom made/bespoke ties so that is easy to do.

Under the current software configuration, putting the @ in front of a persons name sends them a notification that they have been mentioned in a thread. Usually this is done to invite that persons attention. Of course, they need to have notifications turned on for this to work.
