Grizzly Bear VS Silverback Gorrila

    This surprised me. I did not have any idea how much more powerful an orca was than a great white.



    That's pretty rad. Too bad they didn't show more of the (dead) shark.

    Last winter we went down in a shark cage where that footage took place. We were hoping to see such an event, but instead we looked at the bottom of the boat for 8 hours.

    That's pretty anticlimactic, did you see any sharks though? Usually, the anticipation leading to an event is better than the actual event, for me anyway.

    Sometimes packs of orca will attack whales. Its most powerful attack is the tail slap. Once, an orca in captivity slapped another orca in the head during a public performance, causing the victim to die of massive hemorrhaging.

    Bottlenosed Dolphins are actually quite the predator too. They've been documented killing smaller Harbor Porpoises, ganging up and killing sharks, young dolphins, and occasionally humans by ramming them with the tip of their snout at speed and savaging them with tooth and fin.
