Hello all, i'm a long time reader but first time poster. I have been trying to find a light coloured lightweight sports jacket with black/contrast lepals for a while now. I was wondering if anyone on the forum knew if they had a specific name, or perhaps some brands which are stocking these (i'm in the UK)

Thanks in advance for any help received, I plan to become a more active member on this intriguing forum.

Rather an odd looking garment indeed rather hideous really and very unlikely to be available on the |High Street unless a clown costume merchant has opened for trade. Try bespoke if you really want such a thing but you might be better served reading posts and threads here and training your eye for decent clothes.

You mean something like a singlebreasted version of this? I think that could work, but it's going to be a once or twice a year jacket.

Always amazed at the lack of imagination those born after the 60s have. But I guess it is not your fault for being born to late to see the grandeur that was. Anybody says a "new" idea and so many people think gaudy.

alfie_y, you will probably need a tailor to make it for you.
