Grenson does offer a restoration service.
I emailed them sometime ago asking if they'd be willing to refurbish my shoes if I added embedded metal toe plates to the soles (having read that Edward Green are fussy about this sort of thing). They said they'd be willing to do so, so I went ahead and got the plates added.
