I thought he was one of the better standup comedians. He wasnt a great writter but he had a nice enough delivery. Tough Crowd anyone?

We should just have a composite thread for comic's deaths. Maybe two - one for drug overdose and one for car wreck.

Btw you guys are aware he has a law degree from Harvard, right?

And yeah, that is really sad. He was hilarious. I thought he was hands down the funniest person on almost every Roast he was on. And his stand up was awesome, too. That Lazyboy CD he did was hysterical.

I was actually at the show he did in Jersey on Friday night, which turned out to be his last. He got on the stage buzzed, with a drink in hand and said "this is bad for my sobriety". He had been fighting with his girlfriend too. We were all laughing hysterically at the time, but this news is shocking.

I met him after the set, and he seemed like a genuinely nice person. I am truly upset by this. RIP Greg- you were extremely talented and you will be missed.
