I really like the idea of getting a green suit to mix things up bit at work. I'm my own boss so there is not set dress code to adhere to but I still need to be presentable for seeing clients and occasional attendaces conferences etc.

Looking around online I see a lot of green suits with patterns or in cotton that are clearly meant for casual wear or outdoor weddings and such but nothing sems to pop out as practical for business wear. I have seen one beautiful example that might work in the Permanent Style "the Style Guide" but unfortunately I cant find it online to post here.

I'm here to request you fine gents' input on my plan.
Can a green suit be pulled off in a business setting?
If so could anone point me to some inspiration for what shades/cloths would be appropriate?

I don't see it myself, maybe on St Patrick's day or a race day...

or Armoury, sage

edit: this about subdue and still green as I can see. If you want to try green I would say something like a light green windowpane sports coat would be a better start (thought not as suit)
