Great Sales people at RL, NM, Berdorf,& Saks

Some of us at SF have had difficulties with sales people at sites where we don't live. These sales individuals I am providing are fantastic. They will hunt down items at their store, as well as other stores, not just during normal times, but during frenzied sales. All have gone out of their way to get difficult items, at difficult times, at the lowest prices. They always take calls and return calls. If you don't keep an item, they are all fine with returns, never attitude. I hesitate to give their names, but in bad economic times they need all the business they can get, and they deserve it. Anyone can contact me about any of them. As a side note the best sales experience for me is at Nick Lopez Tailoring in Houston, hands down the best person I have ever dealt with in clothing business, anywhere, anytime. Worth a trip a have him make a suit, sports coat or Tux, you will always be complimented on the item and will be asked were you purchased the item, this has happened to me in New York,LA, Paris, London, Milan, Sao Paulo,& Tokyo to name a few places. When I was buying my pair of JL Vales, I went to NM several times. Each time it was with a different sales person and the best one out of all of them was Kent Poole. I ended up buying through him. My next pair of JL I get will be through him.

Bruce Freidberg at RL San Francisco is the best. Very responsive, loyal, funny, and resourceful.

Really? I didn't think so. Always seems too eager to make a sale. Just my 2 cents. On the other hand Anthoney the mens clothing manager is the man.

I have to add Rosario at Ralph Lauren at Tysons in VA. He has always helped me out and recently went out of his way to find me a black label suit I was looking for that they did not have in stock.

Anthony is a good guy, too. Blair has always tracked things down for me, called when the sales are on, and taken care of business when there is a problem.

If in San FRancisco go to NM to the shoe dept and ask for Roger Baumann. A real pro who still calls me in Pittsburgh when there is a pair of Lobbs that might interest me.

Tim and Randall at the Atlanta Ralph Lauren have been there for a few years and are both a pleasure to buy from.

William in the men's shoe dept at Neiman Marcus is also a great guy. Every time I stop by he is always very friendly and seems to be very patient with the constant stream of people trying on the Gucci/D&G/Prada sneakers and never buying.

Scott is great, though my money's on Katie at RL SF store, she's the best SA in the store.
