I would take the article with a pinch of salt. I question whether he has had such problems in selling his business. He claims that he would give it away for no consideration. The Savile Row houses are always on the "make" to buy a retiring tailor's business. For example, Davies & Son recently bought Wells of Mayfair and Jones & Pegg. I recall that Poole recently purchased Cyril Castle. I would be surprised if one of the small independents were not interested if the price were right. They're always looking for new customers. My guess is that his price is too high. [IMG]
