Hey all, first time post here (but surely not the last). As always, I promise I have done my research about this before bugging you all with another similar question. My dilemma: I really would like to add a pair of suede oxfords to my collection (preferably gray), yet I'm a bit afraid of their compatibility. I would like to end up with something I can wear fairly often, as I like the look of suede shoes. Obviously I realize that brown suede would be a safe option but I really like the look of gray suede. I'm really just uncertain as to what to pair with them relating to my bottom half. Both pants and belts have me stumped. I have heard some recommend a black belt but I wonder if there are any other options because black just seems too formal and that is not the look I am going for. Really I am just shooting for a fairly casual look with preferably just chinos. So, if others have had pairing luck with gray suede oxfords or just have a few cents to toss in I would love to hear it. Or perhaps if you have another color suggestion, fire away!¡ And for a reference, I am looking at a style similar to these: http://www.kennethcole.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4059744 I would like something a bit nicer than those but I can't seem to find any that catch my eye. Although, I suppose it might be nice to have a pair of "knockarounds" like those for informal situations.
