It will be closer to the end of may, early June. Here is a photo of the crimson version.

We have taken a break from ordering it to bring in some new styles. I think it could find its way back in the collection.

Honey Edwards today.

This image made my day! Thank you for the chukka image teaser Wyatt. I believe I will be purchasing more than one leather when the chukkas come out. Super stoked!

That looks amazing. Would like to see pics of other styles that are on the way.

Thank you! Here are the other two colorways to start - Tan suede and Earth waxed commander, both CFStead.

What is the welt treatment?
In the pictures the tan and earth appear "natural" and the crimson appears "antique".

If the crimson remains antique and the tan natural, please put me down for 1 of each (if Leo last, 9E please).

The above is correct. The natural looks overly bright in these photos just because of the lighting and using an iPhone. The crimson will have the antique welt stain.

What last are the chukkas going to be on? If it's wider than leo last, I'm going to pick up a pear of the tan suede. If it's more narrow, I'll have to wait for EEE.
It is on the leo and just starting in D & E. We will consider some wider widths next year or a pre-order.

Does the Diesel's toe box become roomier with break in? I've tried the Diesel in 9.5 EEE but found the boots big but the toe box shallow. I recently got Allen Edmonds Higgins Mill in the same size and got a perfect fit. The AE's supposedly run true to size, so I'm thinking about getting the GS boots in a 9 EEE. I'm just worried about the toe box room.

Hi Grant Stone,

Do you guys plan to stock E widths on your chelsea boots? I'm a 9.5E on brannock and I'm afraid that 9D will be too tight or 9.5D will be too loose.

What leather upper are you looking to get? Cxl is very forgiving and will mold/stretch a little to your foot shape. I actually find the toe box in my shell HM to feel tighter than my Cxl Leo last boots

Not sure if this helps

12D Higgins Mill CXL, they fit perfect length wise, though they are a little snug in the area where the tounge meets the toe box.

11.5E Leo Lasted Cap Toes in Kudu and these are perfect all around

I take the same size in my GS Leo boots as my HM, down .5 from Brannock and same width. Make sure, as others have stated, you are comparing similar materials as different leather types stretch significantly more than others. CXL is going to stretch out more than calf and suede resulting in a looser fit over time.

I want to share what a wonderful customer service experience I just had with @GrantStone. I called and asked to speak with Randy (aka Wyatt's father and the fitting specialist) because I have had trouble finding a good fit in several brands due to the shape of my foot (wide/flared front and narrow heel).

Randy could not have been more helpful talking through what other brands models and sizes work for me. I then asked about which last would be used for the chukka so Randy brought Wyatt onto the call so we could discuss the chukka in more detail which only led me to be more excited for its release in the next few months. They were so helpful, informative about sizing and fit, and generally very encouraging about helping me find a model/size that would work for me.

I also took it as an opportunity to put in a request to bring back the Tan calfskin PTB on leather sole.

This is an interesting one. Our toe box isn't necessarily shallow or tapered more than most so I'm wondering if that individual pair happened to be shallower. If your all the way in the toe box though, it wont have a lot of give since it is structured. Based off your experience with the higgins mill, I would think a 9EEE would be worth a try.

We are working on a wide width now, possibly doing a EE. Regarding the current stock, if you feel your instep is medium to high, we would suggest trying a 9.5D. If you have a low instep, you would probably need to wait for width because 9D would be too small altogether most likely.

Thanks for sharing this. It was great speaking with you as well! Randy has really enjoyed having the fit line and it's become pretty helpful.

I agree, the fit line is a great addition. I spoke with Randy to make sure the Floyd last would fit my foot similar to the Leo before pre-ordering the Brass boot in Maduro shell. Helped ease my mind on an expensive pre-order.
