@GrantStone is honey glazed shell basically natural shell with glazing process? Or it has some color difference from natural shell?
Couldn’t find much side by side picture on internet to figure out the color...

The honey glazed is the natural shell with shoe cream and wax applied after finishing. It will be very similar with most natural shell but could be a little darker and with a sheen.

I don‘t know how they make it, but it’s magnificent, My GS honey shell Ottowas are among the shoes in my collection. If they ever do another pre-order for the plain toe honey shell boot, so that those of us who are EEE can participate, I’m in. Even though I already have a pair of the Ottowas — the honey shell is that nice. It’s rich, it’s beautiful — it glows, literally.

I think I heard that at one point, GS did a plain toe shoe in honey shell as well. Hope they do it again.
Yeah here’s some pics of my pair.

My Diesels got their first war wound; I scuffed the toe when my two year old daughter fell/jumped into and was completely submerged in a deep fountain in the aptly named Tranquility Garden....

Next steps? They're gonna get scuffed and beat up anyway, and look better for it - so just point to the scuff and brag about saving your daughter.

Hello, I saw the sale online I am almost ready to pull the trigger. I will appreciate sizing advice.

I am:
- 10.5 UK F in Church’s 173, Loake Capital, Cheaney 125 and 130
- 10 UK in Heschung Odeon (in the middle of 10 and 10.5)
- 10.5 UK in Carmina Detroit
- 10.5 US in Alden Indy in 405

Which size should I take in Leo?

Thank you

The majority of our customers in your situation would wear 11D on our Grant Stone Leo last.
