Long time lurker and recent Grant Stone fanatic. I really love how y’all include a second set of laces i swapped out the black laces on my black calf pair and it completely changed the dynamic of the shoe. Im holding out on buying another pair with the deals running but will probably give in sooner or later. View attachment 1364419

Thanks for sharing. I personally always preferred this blucher with the contrast beige laces. Enjoy!

Hygiene foul :p Now you gotta either disinfect your steering wheel and door handles or wear gloves everytime you're in your vehicle!
Oh, I have Clorox wipes that I use on all the surfaces in the GTI , then put the gloves in a bag, and use Chlorox wipes on hands, dispose of gloves, redisinfect an then drive. It's a pain **********, and probably overkill , but..........

Infinitely better to be the over-prepared idiot than the under-prepared one. At least that's what I tell people who think I'm dumb for playing it safe.

I've been thinking of seeing how high a shine I can get on my Dune Diesels with PP products, it's not like I'm doing much else (Shelter at Home and all). Yours look great!

Thanks. These were done using the cream polish. Definitely need to let them sit 20-30 minutes vs 10. I’m curious to try the high shine product, but not sure how well they’d work on CXL. @GrantStone Have you tried the high shine wax on CXL or would you recommend that just for calf?

Not an auto detailing expert by any means but Clorox and most alcohol based solutions will really dry out leather and make it more brittle. Probably fine to use sparingly, though. I've been reading old fashioned soap and water may be the best solution.

If your looking for a high shine, it works great. I will use it on another pair of CXL and post photos. This is a crimson blucher after using the high shine wax.
